The bed was GOOD, and the room itself was large.

the room i booked was kept at the perfect temperature and available with perfect view to sao paulo over the park luz. the location was good and excellent, just 5 minutes walk from an established museum. further, it was close to the old train station, which doubles as a modern subway stop, pinacoteca and wonderful museu da lingua portuguesa, and the restaurant.

Extremely busy area.

We liked staying in this hotel, it was safe and modern. The queen room room was included with the perfect temperature and tub, for instance. The staff were supper friendly, amiable. The setting of venue was marvellous, close to terminal to Guarhulos Airport. The food for breakfast was excellent and good.

Had a fun Easter vacation! Great experience with handy airport shuttle and, the breakfast was a delicious surprise! The location was superb with a lively neighbourhood and a shopping district a few blocks away.

The neighbourhood was quite busy with excessive noise coming from outside shops and the street, which somewhat disturbed our sleep schedule.

lack of ability to respond quickly to complaints -like the toilet being blocked up and not unblocked before we left. also room was not made up till very late each day and we had to request it

This hotel is good for people who will stay for one or two nights in sao paulo as transit as the price is not bad

This hotel is a great value for money, with spacious rooms and amazing views of the nearby park and train station. The location is convenient for those using public transport, as it is within walking distance to the terminal and close to a variety of restaurants. The staff is friendly and fluent in multiple languages, making communication easy. The rooftop pool and gym add to the overall experience.

There may be a need for some renovation of older furniture in the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at Luz Plaza Hotel! The location was perfect, with a beautiful park right across the street. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my events went smoothly and made my stay amazing. The spacious room provided great value for the price. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with plenty of options. I highly recommend this hotel.

They charge you for Sauna. Telephone calls are very expensive (to local numbers: u$0.80 For 2 min. 0.60 per min. To local cell numbers). Must buy a prepaid sim card rs 10 + rs12 for minutes. Swimming pool is 5 meter long (big bath tub). Quality of breakfast is about average.

Absolutely good value for the money. Spotlessly clean, quiet rooms, access to wonderful park across the street, close to subway and train station with short travel to the center of Sao Paolo. Friendly staff, high level of helpfulness. Swimming pool small but nice to have when being in the city, and not too many people took advantage of the 2 sun beads on the roof. Marvellous view of the city. Good breakfast buffet included in the price.

Some difficulties in using English at the hotel. Very slow service in the restaurant, but then again, there are so many good restaurants in the city that you don't need to eat in the hotel.

Spacious room, perfect view, rich breakfast, good spa facilities, easy city center access.
